iBRIT continues rapid Middle East channel expansion

iBRIT has continued its rapid Middle East channel expansion, signing new distribution and retail agreements in Palestine with Almadafa and 2A Distribution.

iBRIT has also strengthened its presence in Kuwait, inking new channel agreements with distributor Link Communications and retailer Carrefour.

Haitham Kalakesh, CEO at iBRIT, commented: “Almadafa has an excellent track record for selling devices in Palestine. The company already works with brands such as Xiaomi, offering an extensive micro-level distribution channel and its own service centre. We are delighted that Almadafa has added iBRIT to its brand portfolio.”

In Kuwait, iBRIT has signed a distribution deal with Link Communications. Link Communications is a leading mobile device distributor in the Middle East. Link Communications will provide iBRIT with access to 600-plus independent retailers in Kuwait.

iBRIT has also extended its regional retail agreement with leading Middle East consumer tech retailer Carrefour to cover Kuwait. The extended agreement sees hypermarket chain Carrefour stock iBRIT devices in Kuwait, paving the way for further expansion and increased market share for the vendor.

Kalakesh added: “Extending iBRIT’s channel presence to cover Kuwait forms an integral part of our rapid regional expansion. Link Communications’ professional approach and track record of success will open up new growth opportunities for iBRIT in Kuwait.”

He continued: “We are delighted to have extended our cooperation with Carrefour – a company driving the evolution of consumer tech retail across the Middle East and Africa. The extension of our agreement to cover Kuwait is testament to the success of our relationship with Carrefour on a regional basis.”
