TechAccess trains partners on Extreme Networks

Middle East VAD TechAccess has successfully concluded its first technical training session for new partners of Extreme Networks. Partners were introduced to TechAccess’ business model, given an overview of Extreme Networks’ products and solutions, and received immersive training on basic switch configuration at TechAccess’ state-of-the-art solutions centre in Dubai. Security Triggers appoints Al Farqad

Security Triggers, a master distributor company for G Data Software, has appointed Al Farqad Technology as a new distributor in Bahrain. Al Farqad will represent and distribute the entire range of G Data security products. Application networking and security outfit A10 Networks has signed Shifra as a Middle East VAD. New robotics and innovation store to open in Dubai

Distributor Action To Action will open a robotics and innovations store in Dubai called Innovators, which will be located at Dubai Festival City. The new retail concept is dedicated to visualising the future transformation of consumer electronics retail, according to Action To Action. The store opens to the public on July 3rd, and will feature more than one hundred innovative robotics and unique brands such as EZ Robot, Wonder Workshop, DTS Robotics, Amaryllo, Quitbit, and Sen.se, among others. SAP targets growing SMB opportunity in MENA

Business applications software giant SAP believes that small and medium business (SMB) customers offer significant growth potential for the company in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region. SAP is committed to indirect channels as its route-to-market for SMBs and is pushing hard to reach out to smaller customers. Patrick Hayati, VP global channel and general business at SAP Middle East & North Africa (MENA), said: “SMB is a significant proportion of SAP’s business in the region and we have a large team dedicated to this sector. TechAccess unveils Unify SME initiative
