WakaWaka presents #SharetheSun at #DISTREE

Tianjin Tianhai to buy Ingram Micro for US$6 billion

Distribution giant Ingram Micro is set to become part of Chinese logistics and aviation outfit HNA Group in a US$6 billion cash deal. HNA Group is the largest stockholder of Tianjin Tianhai, the company that has tabled the US$38.90 a share offer, which represents a 39% premium on Ingram Micro’s average closing price during the last month. The definitive merger agreement has been unanimously approved by Ingram Micro’s board of directors. Read full story
