eSolutions Force, which is part of the MDS Group, has struck a Middle East partnership with CRM player Salesforce.com. eSolutions reckons that it will become one of the first companies in the region capable of delivering end-to-end solutions in this sector. eSolutions also claims that the Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) market in the Middle East will be worth US$112m in full year 2008.

Tinglobal, the parent company behind international refurbished high-end IT kit dealer Tindirect, has hit the acquisition trail, snapping up Powercore International and French operation Powercore SAS for an undisclosed sum. Tindirect works in the global business-to-business market for refurbished and reconfigured midrange computer equipment, including servers, storage, parts and associated services and networking infrastructure.

The hunt is on across Europe for Raymond Nevitt, the one time components dealer turned supercar-driving playboy fraudster from Manchester, UK. International arrest warrants have been issued for Nevitt, 43, after he was found guilty of defrauding firms - including IBM Global Financing - to the tune of US$6m following an 11-week trial.
