Bytes launches NetApp business in UAE

South Africa’s Bytes Technology Group has launched a storage business unit in the UAE focused on pushing NetApp solutions. Bytes is currently NetApp’s largest partner in Africa and has extensive experience in enterprise storage and data solutions. Bytes new venture in the Middle East is supported by regional distributor Aptec, which has worked closely with NetApp for several years. Read full story

VIP targets UK games channel

Mitsumi hosts Toshiba event in Ethiopia

African distributor Mitsumi held a Toshiba channel event in Ethiopia earlier this month. The event, which took place on the 5th June in Addis Ababa, saw more than 150 channel executives attend to hear more about Toshiba’s latest products in the PC market segment. D-Link launches new channel programme

Networking vendor D-Link has launched its new ‘Value in Partnership+’ programme for resellers in Europe. The scheme is designed to combine sales support with greater rewards and incentives for resellers.
