Horizon shares rocket on takeover talks
Shares in integrator and distributor Horizon Technology rocketed this morning after the company revealed that it had received a takeover approach that values the company at a price of €1.18 per ordinary share. Horizon, which operates in the UK and Ireland, works with a number of major vendors including Sun Microsystems, Juniper, F5, Nortel, Tandberg, EMC and Oracle.
