Distribution giant ALSO has acquired VAD outfit DISS, along with its subsidiaries in Slovenia. ALSO claims that its latest acquisition makes it the market leader in the field of ICT distribution in Slovenia and helps it further expand its business in Eastern Europe. ASBIS signs Pure Storage distribution deal

Distributor ASBIS has struck a channel agreement with all-flash storage systems supplier Pure Storage. ASBIS will distribute Pure Storage products in Belarus, Kazakhstan, Ukraine, Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia, Azerbaijan, Armenia, Georgia, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan, and Moldova. Mobileistic confirmed for DISTREE EMEA 2019

US-based mobile accessories brand owner and distributor Mobileistic will exhibit at DISTREE Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) 2019, which takes place in Monaco from February 19-22nd. Mobileistic will use its participation to accelerate the regional channel development for its own brands: mworks! and Impact Gel Electronics. ELKO Ukraine strikes Huawei tablet deal

ELKO Ukraine has struck a channel agreement with Huawei to become the sole importer of Huawei tablets and their accessories on the Ukrainian market. The products to be supplied include the latest tablets by the manufacturer: M5 lite, T5 10 and T3 10. Currently, Huawei is market leader in sales of tablets in the Ukrainian market, according to IDC. Exertis rejigs organisation

Exertis, a distributor of technology products for the B2B, mobile and retail markets, has announced organisational changes to its European, UK and Ireland operations. Paul Bryan, Exertis UK managing director, will take on the added responsibility of the Irish business.
