Hammer Phones hits UK market

Hammer Phones has launched its range of high-end ruggedised smartphones in the UK, and is now looking to expand its channel reach. Hammer Phones are manufactured by MyPhone, part of the publicly traded TelForce One Group in Poland, which was established in 2001, has revenues exceeding US$100m and trades on the Warsaw Stock Exchange. Synnex expands Fuji Xerox partnership

Synnex has expanded its Australian distribution deal with Fuji Xerox Printers and will now stock the brand’s entire range of products. Along with Fuji Xerox Printers’ retail solutions, Synnex will also now distribute the company’s entire product range, enabling Fuji Xerox Printers to expand its reach across the IT and systems integrator markets, opening up new channels. Dicker Data adds HDS rights in Australia

Distributor Dicker Data has added Hitachi Data Systems (HDS) to its portfolio in Australia. The new agreement allows resellers to capitalise on HDS’ solutions for midmarket and enterprise customers. EET Europarts has snapped up UK-based POS distributor DED, completing its fifth acquisition this year. "With the acquisition of DED Ltd we are now entering into the league of the leading pan-European distributors within the POS and auto ID area,” said John Thomas, group CEO at EET Group. Nuvias bags Benelux distributor DCB

Nuvias Group, the pan-EMEA VAD has acquired Benelux VAD outfit DCB. Nuvias already has offices in both Amsterdam and Brussels. This move will strengthen and grow its presence in the Benelux region, according to Nuvias. DCB has more than twenty years’ experience in the industry and is focused on cybersecurity, with a vendor portfolio including WatchGuard Technologies, Kaspersky Lab, Trustwave and Centrify.
