Ingram Micro EMEA names new CFO

Distribution giant Ingram Micro has appointed Paul Lilley as senior VP and chief financial officer (CFO) for its EMEA operation effective immediately. In his new role Lilley will report to Jay Forbes, executive VP and president of Ingram Micro EMEA. Lilley is a seasoned financial executive with more than 20 years experience.

Jay Forbes, president of Ingram Micro EMEA, said: “We are very fortunate to have attracted someone of Paul’s knowledge and track record. We welcome him to the Ingram Micro team and look forward to the talents and experience he will bring as we continue to build our business and strengthen our financial performance.”

In his new role Lilley will be responsible for Ingram Micro EMEA’s finance, credit and treasury functions, and, as a member of the senior leadership team, will also contribute to the strategic direction of Ingram Micro EMEA.

Lilley’s CV includes six years experience as CFO for a Swiss-listed business services group, SGS Group and, most recently, three years restructuring and turnaround experience as European CEO and president of Gate Gourmet, an airline catering services business. His most recent role saw him responsible for 8,000 employees operating in 14 European countries.

Lilley is a chartered cost and management accountant (FCMA) and a graduate of the University of Coventry. He will be based in Brussels, Belgium.
