Almasa Value Distribution currently offers the full end-to-end Avaya portfolio across the Middle East and Africa

UAE-based VAD outfit Almasa Value Distribution has appointed Jeevan Bhingarkar as head of its convergence business. Bhingarkar brings a wealth experience in enterprise-focused technology distribution having previously held roles at Imtac, Visionaire and Jumbo Electronics within the GCC and Indian markets.

"We believe Jeevan’s extensive sales, service and marketing experience, in addition to his proven ability to deliver business results targeting revenue growth, will add significant value to Almasa Value Distribution, as well as our partners and resellers," said Roger El-Tawil, executive director for Almasa Value Distribution.

In his new role Bhingarkar’s primary responsibilities will include developing the VAD’s products and solutions offering. He will also be tasked with creating new channels to reach end users in specific industry verticals and new geographies.
