HOME Elko signs TP-Link distribution deal

Latvia-based emerging markets distributor Elko Group has added networking vendor TP-Link to its product portfolio. The two companies have struck a deal that will see Elko distribute TP-Link networking kit across Russia, Ukraine and the Baltic States. TP-Link’s product range includes routers, switches, IP cameras, powerline adapters, print servers, media converters and network adapters.
Aleksandrs Orlovs, distribution director at Elko Group, said: “The cooperation with TP-Link will allow consumers and enterprises to have access to a broad choice of networking solutions for different requirements. TP-Link products have already earned a good reputation in our markets and we are happy that together with TP-Link we will make communication easier.”
Dmitry Borisov, TP-Link distribution channel director, added: “With the power of Elko, one of the leading IT product wholesalers in Eastern Europe, local consumers will enjoy easier access to the latest and most convenient ways of communications manufactured by TP-Link.”
Elko was nominated in two regional categories at the recent ‘EMEA Channel Academy: 2012 Awards’ held in conjunction with DISTREE EMEA.
