Systemax earns Dell stripes

Dell has announced Systemax Europe Technology as the first partner in EMEA to achieve its networking and security certification. Systemax is a European reseller and includes Misco UK as part of its operation. The new Dell certification also sees Systemax achieve preferred partner status.

Dell’s networking and security certification requires partners to certify technical and sales professionals in Dell’s portfolio of networking and security solutions, including the PowerConnect J-Series, B-Series and SRX ranges. Dell provides partners who invest in certification with discounted product, extended deal registration, sales and marketing support and access to demonstration facilities.

“Training and certification have been the cornerstones of our partners’ success in selling Dell solutions around storage, servers and virtualisation,” said Kathy Schneider, executive director for channel marketing and programmes in Europe at Dell. “It’s extremely exciting to see our new certification areas start to build traction with partners that recognise the breadth of technology that Dell’s portfolio and partner programme both support.”

“Systemax’s achievement in becoming the first EMEA partner to achieve networking and security certification is a testament to its core expertise and the significant investment it has made in growing its business around Dell,” she added.
