Avaya pushes Quick Edition through Prologix

Business communications solutions vendor Avaya has turned to distribution partner Prologix to push its one-X Quick Edition solution to small and medium sized businesses (SMBs) in the UAE. Targeted at small businesses and firms with branch offices requiring a communications solution, Avaya claims that one-X Quick Edition is easy to support and maintain.

Targeted at small businesses and firms with branch offices requiring a communications solution, Avaya claims that one-X Quick Edition is easy to support and maintain.

“Avaya’s one-X Quick Edition provides the region’s SMBs with a broad set of choices to meet their particular branch requirements. With the availability of Avaya’s one-X Quick Edition in MENA, banks and other financial institutions will be able to benefit from its simplicity, for it’s an easy to order, install and manage solution,” said Khalid Khan, channel manager SMB MENA at Avaya.

Prologix has made a conscious move towards distribution, influenced by the fact that the company received a channel partner award from Avaya in the SMB segment. Coupled with rapid quarter-on-quarter growth of Prologix channel sales in the Avaya SME segment, Prologix has now become a sub distributor of Avaya Quick Edition products in the UAE.

“With the region’s SMBs growing rapidly, we have witnessed rising demand for uncomplicated solutions suitable for their businesses. We believe that Avaya’s one-X Quick Edition will meet the business requirements of the SMBs. The solution will be made available through our reseller network across the region,” said Jai Mulani, sales and solutions manager at Prologix

“We are confident that in time to come, we will be able to establish Avaya ’Quick Edition’ as the telecommunication product of choice in the SME segment,” Mulani added.

One-X Quick Edition equips SMBs with communications tools to improve customer experience and service, stay ahead of competitors, control costs, reduce workload and increase efficiency, according to Avaya.

Prologix has taken a hands-on approach to the sales and marketing of the one-X Quick Edition, holding regular events and road shows. Prologix has also launched a sustained campaign to educate the reseller network on the product benefits.
