Totolink to participate at DISTREE APAC

Networking vendor Totolink will look to further expand its channel reach through its participation at October’s DISTREE Asia-Pacific (APAC) event in Singapore. The three-day event allows brands to pre-schedule one-on-one meetings with senior executives and buyers from the region’s most influential distributors, retailers and e-tailers of technology and consumer electronics products.

Jenny Wu, general manager of the overseas sales department at Totolink, said: “We’re attending DISTREE APAC to promote the Totolink brand and find new agesnts to represent us in different countries.”

With an increasing number of smart and connected products hitting the market, the need for WiFi networks continues to grow. As a networking brand, Totolink focuses on the provision of WiFi solutions for home and small office users.

Wu added: “We have already had considerable success in markets such as Vietnam, Taiwan and Hong Kong and Totolink products are now available in more than 40 countries, but there is still huge untapped potential. We will use DISTREE APAC to identify channel partners that are interested in our products, have faith in our brand and want to work together with Totolink.”

Totolink will showcase a variety of products at the event including wireless routers and WiFi range extenders for home users. The company will also showcase solutions that can be deployed in hotels as well as mobile solutions including MiFi and LTE routers.

As well as building up its channel reach in APAC in the last 12 months, Totolink has also ventured into Europe, Russia & CIS, North America and South America. The company has seen sales success in both Vietnam and Russia through tie-ups with leading ISPs organised through in-country partners.

Wu continued: “Totolink offers reliable quality products at competitive prices, with good design and functionality. For us, it is all about creating a win-win agreement with channel partners and providing effective marketing support. The products are backed up by long-term quality warranties.”

Totolink offers a range of channel incentives to partners, coupled with marketing materials and marketing rebates. Sales incentives are also in place for distributors and retailers selling Totolink products. Established in 2011, Totolink has achieved rapid expansion in the last four years.

“We want to expand Totolink’s market share even further,” added Wu. “We’re keen to get the products in all the big and popular supermarket chains as well. “The Totolink brand is sourcing [products] from South Korea, which offers some of the fastest access in the world.”
