Lexmark trains channel partners in Oman

Printing solutions and services vendor Lexmark has kickstarted its latest Middle East channel training programme with a two-day pilot session in the Sultanate of Oman. The new programme involves working with resellers and retailers in key markets to improve their ability to successfully sell and integrate Lexmark printing solutions.

The two-day product and sales training in Oman, which took place at the end of February, covered the whole Lexmark product range with a special focus on the latest kit as well as solutions, followed by a technical training on the second day. Over 50 people from partners such as Emax, Carrefour, Lulu, Integrated Systems, Bishara, Jawad Sultan and Al Hashar Group participated.

”Our channel partners are critical to our business success and we value them as they have supported Lexmark to develop into a market leader in printing solutions in the region,” said Francois Feuillet, general manager at Lexmark Middle East.

The new Lexmark initiative is designed to support the channel partner community and reseller network and will further strengthen Lexmark’s ability to provide cost-effective printing solutions to market.
